Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by AM Motor Hub LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a registered car dealership in the United Kingdom. By purchasing a vehicle or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Vehicle Sales

  • All vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise stated.

  • Descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles prior to purchase. Test drives may be arranged subject to valid insurance and driving licence.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full before vehicle handover.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved finance providers.

4. Deposits and Refunds

  • A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Refunds are subject to our discretion and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

  • Vehicles may come with a standard or extended warranty. Details will be provided at the time of sale.

  • Warranty options 3,6,9 or 12 months available at buyer's discretion

  • Warranty coverage excludes wear-and-tear items and damage due to misuse or neglect.

6. Part Exchange

  • Part exchange offers are subject to vehicle inspection and valuation.

  • We reserve the right to adjust offers based on market conditions and vehicle condition.

7. Vehicle Collection and Delivery

  • Collection must be arranged within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery services may be available at an additional cost and are subject to scheduling.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Personal data collected during transactions will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • AM Motor Hub LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Motor Ombudsman or relevant legal authority.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
